Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting a full-time Recruiter for a company in Dyersville, IA.
Duties:
- Assist with recruiting to attract applicants
- Develop and post job descriptions to job boards
- Review applications
- Initiate contact with candidates for job openings
- Interview candidates to obtain their information
- Run background checks on applicants
- Assist with communicating policies and programs
- Conduct employee orientations
- Promote positive employee relations
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of experience in related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret regulations
- Ability to write reports and manuals
Wage: $40,000-50,000k
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm.
