Welding Supervisor

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, with optional or mandatory overtime on Fridays)

Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor to join a local company's team. This salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a growing team of welders and machine operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 10-18 direct reports.
• Ensure production schedules are met and maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work 40-50 hours per week, including potential half days on Fridays.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience is essential.
• Welding or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
