Pay and Benefits:

Average Pay: $23.04 - $25.08 per hour (blended between regular and premium pay rates).

BASE Wage Range: $19.75 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience.

Weekend Premium: Earn 1.5 times your base wage for weekend hours worked.

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 203 days off per year with a 3-day work week or 152 days off with a 4-day work week!

Health Benefits: Choose from 4 health insurance plans.

Paid Time Off: PTO and additional pay on agency holidays.

Disability Insurance: Short-term disability insurance included.

Advancement Opportunities: Additional pay and career advancement for certain competencies, education, and experience.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

  • Base wage of $19.75 per hour:
    • Sun, Mon, Tues
    • Sun, Mon, Wed
  • Base wage of $20.25 per hour:
    • Wed, Fri, Sat
    • Thurs, Fri, Sat

What You'll Do:

Support Daily Living: Assist individuals in gaining independence with self-care, hygiene, and daily activities.

Behavior Management: Reduce unwanted behaviors by teaching positive alternatives.

Health & Safety: Help maintain hygiene, provide first aid, and administer medications (if certified).

Engagement & Activities: Plan and participate in community outings and engaging activities.

Housekeeping & Financial Records: Maintain a safe, clean living environment and help clients with financial recordkeeping.

Professionalism & Confidentiality: Follow HIPAA standards, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, and adhere to organizational policies.

What We're Looking For:

Compassion and a genuine concern for others.

Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for clients.

Reliability and a commitment to punctuality.

Physical ability to lift 35 lbs.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.

Successful completion of background checks, including criminal, drug, and driving record checks.
