Back Waters Amp is the next chapter in live entertainment at Q Casino + Resort. What started as Back Waters Stage, an outdoor concert experience in a temporary setup, has grown into a permanent, world-class amphitheater. This is a major upgrade and a milestone for our property and our community. As part of our event staff team, you will be on the front lines of some of the most energetic and memorable experiences we offer. This is a schedule-based position with hours determined by event programming, making it a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves being where the action is.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to:    Beverage Manager

BASIC FUNCTION

Keep the bar area fully stocked and ready at all times so bartenders can focus on delivering a great guest experience during events.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver and replenish supplies to bar areas before, during, and after events.
• Track and monitor bar supply levels throughout each shift.
• Check and maintain beverage coolers to ensure proper stock. 
• Keep beverage areas clean and organized during events and at end of shift.
• Assist bartenders with tasks as needed to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• No formal education required.

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with bartenders, teammates, and guests
• Able to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced event setting
• Dependable and punctual, especially for scheduled event shifts

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, and kneeling as needed
• Reaching, Pushing, Pulling
• Walking and standing for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive motion movements.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

• Outside work
• Loud noise levels.
• Use of CO2 tanks.
• Hours vary based on event scheduling; availability for evenings and weekends required
