Building Maintenance Specialist - Dubuque, IA

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a client in Dubuque, IA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform grounds work, including mowing, trimming, and weed control
• Perform property checks at multiple residential and commercial buildings
• Assist in custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc. in common areas and building exteriors
• Assist with snow removal on an as-needed basis
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
• Periodically inspect all units, buildings, and common areas, performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed
• Operate a tablet/computer and input necessary information into maintenance software
• Ensure storage areas and entrances are organized, locked, and adequately lit
• Assist in stock control and utilization of maintenance materials

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of maintenance/repair experience
• Hand and power tool experience
• Valid Driver's License

Schedule:

• 1st shift Monday-Friday
• On-call rotation

Pay: $22-$26/hour
