Job Description: Cheesemaker

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cheesemaker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality cheese products by following established recipes and processes. The Cheesemaker will ensure the consistency, taste, and quality of all cheese made, while maintaining a clean and safe production environment.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and manage ingredients for cheese production.
• Follow recipes to produce different types of cheese.
• Monitor the cheese-making process, including curd cutting, heating, and pressing.
• Ensure proper aging and storage of cheese.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas.
• Inspect finished cheese for quality and packaging readiness.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the production process.

Hours: 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM/ 7:00 PM
