UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing Urology Clinic team. Responsibilities

Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories
Assist with urologic procedures (e.g., catheterizations, bladder scans, cystoscopies)
Administer medications and injections as ordered
Provide patient education on treatment plans and follow-up care
Support providers with clinical tasks and charting
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Coordinate patient flow and contribute to a positive clinic environment

Qualifications

RN: Current RN license in Iowa; BLS certification
LPN: Current LPN license in Iowa; BLS certification
CMA: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program; CMA certification preferred; BLS certification required
Urology or outpatient specialty experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
