McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational solutions, is looking for a Content Licensing Operations Specialist (CLOS). The Content Licensing Operations Specialist (CLOS) is responsible for processes and products across the School, Higher Ed and Professional Business Units relating to marketing campaigns/collateral, custom products, international and other reuse requests, data integrity, DAL, and training. Manage review of and processes for licensed content to be used in marketing campaigns/collateral and custom products. Manage the review and approvals of content reuse by International or other business requests. Investigates and resolves data discrepancies within GPS; creates and implements a project plan to coordinate and execute data quality issues; monitor and report status on GPS quality control initiatives. Lead initiatives with CL team members to ensure all internal processes and training documents are documented and kept up to date for easy retrieval by team members. Create and conduct training sessions as needed.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:

Evaluate and execute all needs for license reuse and new licensing for marketing campaigns/collateral as appropriate.

Provide guidance to external resource vendors for negotiation of licensing terms and rates with copyright holders

Build alliances and relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective, assets of the highest quality for all programs. Review and monitor quality of work done by external team members

Work with management team to determine internal Content Licensing Team Training needs as well as external training needs. Coordinate and refine training materials and facilitation plan.
- Ensure all Content Licensing process and training documentation is kept up to date and easily retrievable by members of the team. Work with managers to maintain guidelines and procedures for GPS.

Collaborate with Content Licensing team on data integrity within GPS. Audit GPS as necessary, recommending and coordinating actions to ensure accuracy and consistency across GPS.

(Non-bonus eligible roles) The pay range for this position is between $40,000 - $52,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
