Job Description: We have partnered with a company in Peosta, IA to search for an experienced Chef to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with experience managing a kitchen to showcase their skills and contribute to a dynamic and growing establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and execute menus that reflect creativity and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management to improve kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a chef, with experience managing a kitchen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to create and execute innovative menus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
