BASE Wage Range: $19.75–$21.50/hour + Premium Pay
Average Blended Pay: $23.04–$25.08/hour (based on premium weekend pay)

As a Direct Support Professional III at Hills & Dales, you'll support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. You'll teach essential life skills, promote independence, provide behavioral support, and create meaningful community experiences for those you serve.

Mon, Tue, Wed (9AM-9PM) - base wage is $19.75 - No weekend

Sun, Mon, Tue (8AM-8PM) - base wage is $19.75

Sun, Mon, Wed (8AM-8PM) - base wage is $19.75

Thur, Fri, Sat (8AM-8PM) - base wage is $20.25

Wed, Fri, Sat (9AM-9PM) - base wage is $20.25

OVERNIGHT: Thur, Fri, Sat (8PM-8AM) - base wage is $20.25

OVERNIGHT: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed (9PM-9AM) - base wage is $19.75

 

ICF - Residential Facility OPENINGS: (1011 Davis St, Dubuque, IA 52001)

Sun (6AM-6PM), Mon, Tue (6AM-7PM) - base wage is $17.75

Thur (6AM-7PM), Fri, Sat (9AM-9PM) - base wage is $20.25

Wed (6AM-7PM), Fri, Sat (9AM-9PM) - base wage is $20.25

Wed, Fri (6AM-7PM), Sat (6AM-6PM) - base wage is $20.25

Thur, Fri (5AM-6PM), Sat (6AM-7PM) - base wage is $20.25

OVERNIGHT: Thur, Fri, Sat (5PM-6AM) - base wage is $20.25

OVERNIGHT: Sun, Mon, Tue(5PM-6AM) - base wage is $19.75


What You'll Do

Teach skills for daily living: self-care, cooking, cleaning, leisure, and communication

Support behavior plans: reduce unwanted behaviors and teach alternatives

Provide health & hygiene support: including medication administration (with certification)

Foster engagement: plan and participate in age-appropriate activities and outings

Maintain documentation: track progress, incidents, and behavior interventions

Support home management: ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality


What You Need

High School Diploma or GED (required)

2+ years experience in behavioral health preferred

Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation (required)

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to lift 35 lbs, perform physical tasks, and manage occasional behavioral outbursts

Clean background check and drug screening
