Experienced Set-up CNC Machinists

We are seeking 2-3 experienced Set-up CNC Machinists with expertise in Lathe and Mill operations to work for a company in Dubuque, IA. 

Shift Details:

  • 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines.
  • Ensure precision and quality in machining processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with CNC Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
