Shift: Full-Time, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, for 48 hours per pay period (24 hours/week) Holiday and every other weekend rotation

UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher & Tray Passer to join our Food & Nutrition Services team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring patients, staff, and visitors receive safe, clean, and timely food service. You will be responsible for maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen and assisting in the delivery of meal trays to patients.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment according to safety standards

• Assist in assembling, passing, and retrieving patient meal trays in a timely manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and food service areas

• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and report any maintenance issues

• Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols at all times

• Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with patients, visitors, and staff

• Support the food service team with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED is preferred, but not required
