Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting a full-time Recruiter for a company in Dyersville, IA. 

Duties:

• Assist with recruiting to attract applicants
• Develop and post job descriptions to job boards
• Review applications 
• Initiate contact with candidates for job openings
• Interview candidates to obtain their information 
• Run background checks on applicants
• Assist with communicating policies and programs 
• Conduct employee orientations
• Promote positive employee relations
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two years of experience in related field preferred
• Ability to read and interpret regulations
• Ability to write reports and manuals

Wage: $40,000-50,000k

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm.
