Machine Feeder and Unloader

Job Overview

• Remove and replace stamping tools in presses using fork truck
• Ensuring tools are securely bolted and machines are set to the proper shut height.
• Verify die protection is properly installed and functional.
• Train operators on proper machine operation and direct quality concerns to quality assurance personnel.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement ideas and assist with job setups in related manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety policies, including adherence to Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.

• Ability to operate micrometers, calipers, protractors, or specialized gauges and follow written or illustrated setup instructions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments.
• Patience and willingness to mentor and train others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate manual dexterity.
• Knowledge of ISO policies and procedures relevant to the role.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
