Maintenance Technician
Shift: 1st Shift (Full-time or Part-time)
Wage: Up to $30/hour
Location: Dubuque, IA

Responsibilities:

Inspect, test, maintain, and repair all plant machinery and equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, pumps, valves, motors, and production facilities.
Assist in the construction and repair of production facilities, including walls, floors, cabinets, and other structural elements.
Ensure maintenance areas are clean, and accurately record and log repairs and inspections.
Operate forklifts and non-motorized pallet jacks as necessary.
Drive company vehicles when required.
Support snow and ice removal from company sidewalks and driveways.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical, welding, or plumbing required.
Proficient in working with 110V-480V (3-phase) electrical systems.
Skilled in operating industrial tools and equipment, including hand wrenches, welders, power tools, and cutting torches.
Familiar with equipment components such as bearings, shafts, bolts, nuts, wrenches, and belt sizes.
Valid driver’s license required, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
