Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

Nights --- 12 Hour Shift 6p-6a – Rotating 4 on / 4 off

Dubuque, IA -- Direct Hire

A local Dubuque manufacturer is seeking to add Maintenance Technicians to their plant maintenance team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of the plants’ manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

What we’d like you to bring to the position:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
2+ years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and PLCs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
