We’re seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift production team. The ideal candidate is a leader who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of production employees

Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met

Oversee workflow, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement efforts

Step in and assist with production tasks when necessary
What We’re Looking For

Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong communication and leadership skills

Willingness to be both a leader and a hands-on team player

Ability to work 2nd shift and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere
