We’re seeking a trainable, hands-on individual to join a local contractor’s team as a General Laborer / Insulation Installer. This role involves working onsite to insulate piping and ductwork, measure and cut materials, and support field operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable using tools, and eager to learn a skilled trade in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install insulation materials on piping and ducts per project specifications
• Cut, measure, and fit materials accurately
• Work with local contractors and follow site procedures
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and efficient work area
• Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE
• Take direction well and work efficiently to meet project timelines

Requirements:

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Basic understanding of construction or industrial processes preferred
• Strong measuring and tool-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Driver’s License
• Good communication and reliability
• Physically capable of manual labor in varied environments

Compensation & Opportunity:

• Starting wage: $18–$20/hour
