Job Overview
A local company is looking to hire a new team member! The position is primarily office-based, with some warehouse work required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls on a busy multi-line phone system.
- Schedule service calls and estimates.
- Check in deliveries (parts and equipment), which includes some lifting and moving parts to appropriate locations.
- Process and track warranty claims for the service department, including lifting/moving parts from the warehouse to the office.
- Use various online portals and paper warranty claim forms.
- Billing installation jobs.
- Typing and sending customer proposals.
- Assisting customers with onsite purchases and down payments.
- Performing administrative tasks (data entry, scanning documents, filing paperwork, preparing & mailing statements, etc.).
- Tracking and submitting Radon reports.
- Tracking and submitting employee commission reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn a wide range of tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HouseCall Pro, and QuickBooks Desktop (training available).
- Ability to lift small to medium-sized parts and move them to a second-floor inventory area using stairs.
Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with a ½ hour lunch break).
Compensation:
- $18-$28 per hour, based on experience.
