πŸ’° Pay & Schedule Highlights

DSP (Non-Behavioral Support)

  • Blended Wage: $20.71 – $22.75/hr (including weekend premium pay)

  • Base Pay: Starts at $17.75/hr (plus experience pay)

  • Weekend Premiums: 1.5x your base rate

DSP III (Behavioral Support)

  • Blended Wage: $23.04 – $25.08/hr (with premiums)

  • Base Pay: $19.75 – $21.50/hr based on experience

  • Weekend Premiums: 1.5x base pay

 

Schedules Available: 

HCBS DSP III (Behavioral Support) 

  1. Thur, Fri, Sat 8PM-8AM (awake position)
  2. Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed 9PM-9AM (awake position)
  3. Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed 7PM-8AM (awake and sleep options available)
  4. Thur, Fri, Sat 8PM-8AM (sleep position)

ICF DSP (Non-Behavioral Support) 

  1. Thur, Fri, Sat 7PM-7AM
  2. Thur, Fri, Sat 5PM-6AM
  3. Wed, Fri, Sat 6PM-6AM

ICF DSP III (Behavioral Support) 

  1. Thur, Fri, Sat 5PM-6AM
  2. Sun, Mon, Tue 5PM-6AM

 

πŸ›οΈ What You'll Do (All Roles)

  • Support daily living routines (hygiene, meals, medications)

  • Foster independence through skill-building

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful overnight environment

  • Document care and support progress

  • DSP IIIs additionally provide positive behavior support & intervention

βœ… What You Need

  • 18+ years old

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Able to lift 35 lbs

  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance

  • Clear background, drug, and driving record checks

  • For DSP III: Behavioral support experience preferred
