Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Retail Data Analyst for a local company. This role focuses on analyzing retail product performance, pricing strategies, and sales trends to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis on sales performance, profitability, and revenue trends.
• Evaluate inventory productivity, identifying slow-moving stock and forecasting demand.
• Assess promotional effectiveness and provide recommendations for future strategies.
• Monitor eCommerce performance, optimizing digital merchandising and customer experience.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with finance, merchandising, and marketing teams to align insights with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in retail or eCommerce.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel or Power BI.
• Experience with retail data systems (ERP, inventory management, sales tracking).
• Knowledge of retail financial metrics, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Preferred: SQL knowledge and experience with eCommerce analytics tools.

Compensation & Work Environment

• Salary: $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
• Hybrid work environment with remote flexibility.
