Senior Project Manager – Construction Projects
NE Iowa| Full-Time | Exempt

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-value construction projects from planning through completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and excels at delivering projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

Manage complex construction projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and schedule.
Lead planning, customer meetings, pre-construction, construction, and closeout activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Provide project updates, reports, and presentations to leadership.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and budgets.
Mentor project management staff and propose process improvements.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master’s a plus).
6+ years of project management experience overseeing large or complex projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Epicor, or similar).
Ability to read blueprints and design drawings.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites – up to 50% travel
